A native security-awareness training module - assign framework-mapped courses, track completion, and collect certificates as evidence - is included on every paid plan. AI credits are metered, and unused credits carry over: your monthly allotment and any credit packs you buy go into one balance that isn’t cleared at the end of the month. Every new workspace starts on a 14-day free trial of Pro (no credit card); when it ends you keep everything and simply move to the Free plan, nothing is deleted. New workspaces also get a welcome bonus of 500 AI credits to try the AI features during that trial — spend them while it is running, since AI assist is a paid-plan feature. Anything unspent is cleared when the trial ends, 14 days after signup.

Every plan, free included, gets AI Insights: a ranked rundown of your readiness gaps, policy and vendor issues, stale evidence, overdue reviews, and framework crossover suggestions, each linked to the fix. The full analysis runs on your live data with AI switched off and costs zero credits. The optional deep pass, a board-ready narrative and a 30-day plan, is the only part that uses your credit allotment.

What happens when the 14-day Pro trial ends?
Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. The trial is an entitlement overlay rather than a subscription, so there is no card on file to charge: when the 14 days are up the workspace simply falls back to the Free plan. Your controls, evidence, policies, risks and vendors stay exactly where they are, and you can upgrade whenever you like to pick Pro back up.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card, and neither does the 14-day Pro trial that every new workspace you sign up for starts on — the card only comes into it if you choose to subscribe.
What are the Free plan's limits, and what happens when I hit one?
NIST Cybersecurity Framework and AI Governance Essentials are free on every plan and never count against your allowance. Beyond them, Free includes 1 paid framework as a monthly add-on, 1 team seat, 5 vendors, 100 MB of evidence, plus unlimited read-only auditor seats — an auditor never counts against the seat limit, on any plan. Seats, evidence storage, vendors and paid frameworks are enforced in the product: an invite past your seats, an upload past your storage quota, a vendor past your vendor limit, or applying a framework beyond your allowance is blocked, and nothing you already have is removed. A bulk vendor import that would cross the limit imports nothing and tells you how much room is left, rather than filling to the cap. Keel blocks rather than billing you an overage.
What does an extra framework cost, and how is it billed?
A framework beyond your plan's allowance is a monthly add-on, priced per framework by demand and depth ($19 to $49/mo today). It is its own monthly subscription layered on any plan, including Free, so buying one does not change your plan tier; cancel the add-on and that framework's entitlement ends with it. Where the catalog bundles several frameworks together, one purchase covers every framework in the bundle. NIST Cybersecurity Framework and AI Governance Essentials stay free on every plan.
Can I cancel, and what happens at renewal?
You can cancel yourself from billing settings at any time — no call and no notice period. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for (there is no prorated refund for the remainder), after which the workspace moves to the Free plan with your data intact. The published prices are the prices: Free $0, Starter $99/mo, Pro $299/mo, Enterprise $1,999/mo, with an annual option on each paid tier.
